Hi Kim,

Really enjoyed your latest daybook... and love the remodeling of your page... very warm. It's funny you should talk about old movies because with my husband away this week I've been watching a lot of older ones, and they sound a lot better than the two you mentioned. If you are interested, you should check out Now, Voyager or An Affair To Remember... classic.

Hope you're well... look forward to hearing from you sometime...

I totally agree on the whole election. It's getting interesting! I live in Mn, so you should just HEAR the newscasters. Think about it, it's prob. the news events of their careers.

What's up with stores selling moldy food? I commented (a bit too loudly) a few months ago to my dd that I was shocked that that the store expected me to pay $5 a pound for something I'd throw to the hogs if I had a farm. People just LQQKed at me, like I was the one that was nuts (and they continued to fill their bags with produce)???? What can I say, I like my food fresh

Have a fantastic week!

I enjoyed reading your daybook :)

LOL at the movies, I feel the same way, there's some I absolutely adored and now I just shake my head and wonder what I ever liked about it.

I love the blog remodel and your pretty picture on the side!

I'm jealous that you have a husband who makes roasted chicken, and even more jealous of your warm weather and froggy tracks.

I have to laugh about the movie thing--isn't that so true? I recently talked my husband into watching an old high school favorite of mine and we were both gagging through the whole thing. I was so embarassed to think I had actually liked such movies at one time in my life--lol
